By placing an order on our platform, you consent to the terms stated below regarding returns and refunds. Should you need to send a product back, our return conditions are outlined in detail for your ease.  

Eligibility for Returns  

Products must remain unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, complete with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.  

• All tags, labels, and packaging materials must be returned in their original state.   
   
• Items that are worn, washed, or altered in any manner are not eligible for return.   
   
• Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product. To start the return, please connect with our customer service team during this period.   
   
• Items not adhering to these requirements will be declined for return.  

How to Initiate a Return  

Step 1: Submit a Request   
Send your return request with your Order ID and reason for return to nexorainnovations1@gmail.com.  

Step 2: Provide Supporting Evidence   
If the received item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, attach clear images highlighting the issue for quicker review.  

Step 3: Follow the Instructions   
Once your return is approved, we will share detailed steps to complete the return process.  

We reserve the right to deny returns that fail to comply with these terms.  

Refund Process & Timeline  

After your returned product reaches us, our team will examine it to ensure compliance with our return policy. You will then be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be initiated and credited to your original payment mode within 5–7 working days. A confirmation email will be sent once the process is finalized.  

Partial Refund Guidelines  

If a product partially satisfies return conditions (e.g., slight damage or missing packaging), we may process a partial refund at our discretion.  

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product  

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, kindly raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery. Please share clear images or videos of the issue with us by email to ensure quick resolution.
