We recognize that fashion choices may change, and at times you might need to cancel an order. Below is our cancellation policy designed to guide you through the process: 

Order Cancellation Before Shipment 

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase or prior to shipment, whichever comes first. 

• To request a cancellation, kindly reach out to our support team via email. 
   
• If your order qualifies for cancellation, a complete refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. 

Orders Already Shipped 

After an order has been dispatched, it is not eligible for cancellation. However, you may request a return once the item is delivered, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. 

Order Modification 

At present, we do not allow changes to products or shipping addresses once the order is confirmed. If modification is required, you will need to cancel the order (if still eligible) and place a new one.
